here I started with a few Gradiant dots (Forground to Transparent), Tweeked it, Gausian Blured it,
BeyondEdgered it, Tweeked it again, added another dot, OutLinered it, Tweeked once more.
(or something like that)

can be interesting on a pic of my best buddies like this one too...
